This website is operated by the project known as “Navendria”. The company is currently in the process of being formed. Until the company is officially registered, this website is informational only and does not provide services, accounts, or user registrations.

We respect your privacy and are committed to handling the minimal information collected through this website responsibly, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR - EU Regulation 2016/679) and the Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 on the Protection of Personal Data and Guarantee of Digital Rights (LOPDGDD).

We do not collect personal data directly through this website. If you contact us via email, we will only use your email address and message content to respond to your inquiry.

We do not log IP addresses or other identifiers for tracking or profiling purposes. Only standard, temporary server logs required for security and technical functioning may be generated, and these are automatically deleted.

Legal basis: Legitimate interest in responding to communications (Article 6.1.f GDPR).

Retention: Email communications will be retained only for the time necessary to respond to your inquiry and for a maximum of 12 months, unless a longer retention period is required by law.
